This was a competent build from start to finish; Lilystone's work was excellent and the end result exceeded expectations. We asked Lilystone to carry out construction of a two storey extension. The team were always well presented, courteous and on time. We felt the team were always present, they didn't disappear off the job as can sometimes be the case. Lilystone Homes were brilliant in delivering our new home to us - not an easy task to achieve during a pandemic followed by a war in Europe, both of which led to huge challenges in sourcing materials at an acceptable price. Nevertheless, Jason and his team were able to keep very close to the original quote as well as deliver a few weeks ahead of schedule. Jason and his crew - direct employees as well as contractors - were friendly, respectful and tidy in everything they did, and kept us fully informed at every stage of the journey. Jason himself exudes an air of calm and control, which we found most reassuring during what is a very stressful time for any self-build project.
