We have completed work on a large single storey kitchen extension and a first floor bathroom extension on a terraced street in the centre of Derby.
Due to the access restrictions and the close proximity of the neighbouring properties, the intricacies of the build and the programming was quite challenging. However, this all went as planned which left us with an extremely happy client as well as undisturbed neighbours.
The works were extended slightly as, once in the ground, it became apparent that the adjacent wall required underpinning in order to become structurally secure.
Our client is so pleased with the work that she has informed us that she is more than happy to welcome future potential clients to her house to see our work.

Take a brand new look at one of the properties we completed in Matlock.
This phase of the project was for four townhouses which were designed to mimic the former houses used by John Smedley employees in the 18th century. This target was achieved and resulted in the Derbyshire Historic Building Trust awarding the scheme its ‘Best New Building in an Historic Setting' award.
The scheme was carried out as a joint venture with external investors.
We are always looking to collaborate with new investors on such schemes so please contact us if you are interested.
