Our next challenge was to transform large-scale development to echo other high-end, luxury industries. We do this by providing a bespoke customer-centric concierge service, delivering an exceptional experience as well as an astonishing finished project.
Our working practices, remuneration, recognition and incentives mean that our skilled and enthusiastic team and suppliers remain loyal and dedicated to our vision. We have supported our contractor's cash flows by paying all invoices, particularly labour, within 7 days of receipt of the invoice. We also introduced an innovative bonus scheme, where sub-contractors are rewarded, when they commit to working a full, consecutive week.
