The project at Grosvenor Gardens was to create a home leisure facility to include a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and entertainment room. The works also included remodelling of the back and front gardens.

This project involved the demolition of an existing kitchen and bathroom to create a new kitchen, living and utility space.
The existing walls of the property required underpinning which London Interiors & Maintenance Ltd had the inhouse capabilities to undertake. The large amount of glazing also required extensive structural works to provide stability to the glazing.

London Interiors & Maintenance were engaged by the Client at Claremont Road Bickley to build a rear ground floor oak frame extension along with updating the internals of the entire property. LI&M worked closely with the Oak Frame Specialist Supplier to ensure all designs were sympathetic to the property along with working to critical site dimensions given the off site manufacturing involved.
A lot of pre-commencement planning and programme management was required to ensure everything was coordinated and completed at the right time. The project allowed the LI&M Team to show off their craftsmanship and ability to work on a project of this specialist nature.

The complete strip out of a studio apartment. The apartment being a studio apartment meant that space was limited. Everything had to be custom made and with clever design ideas like a folding bed that doubles as a dining table allowed the space to be fully utilised. London Interiors design team worked hard to achieve the maximum from all the space available..
