This project involved the construction of a stand alone garden building on a site formerly occupied by a garage. New foundations had to be dug, the garage having none, and a flat roofed masonry cavity wall structure erected. Internally there are two rooms along with a w.c. with shower. Other work undertaken included the paving and the erection of a shed on a concrete base
