Single storey extension on 1800’s cottage

Services into new lodge built in customers garden. Original septic tank was found to have serious damage and wasn’t suitable for new services. Replaced with brand new waste treatment plant.

Footings, steel work. Brickwork pillars wrapped around steel and curved 9” wall built. 

Large extension triple the floor plan of original house. Underfloor heating installed on 200mm colotex insulation
