We recently worked with Niall and his team from Madden Contracts on our South Belfast property renovation and are thrilled with the results. The project included knocking down walls, installing steel beams, new windows and doors, a full kitchen and bathroom renovation, rewiring, replumbing, plastering, and insulation throughout.

This is the second time we’ve used Madden Contracts. Firstly an extension to our home in Stormont and then a new kitchen. On both occasions the work was completed to a high standard—we are very satisfied with the workmanship. The work was planned carefully to minimise disruption eg leaving the dishwasher and oven in place until the last minute.
Throughout, the communication was excellent with daily updates by WhatsApp, organising regular touch-bases around our busy schedules and always consulting on key decisions. We always knew what time the team would arrive and what they would be doing each day and for the week ahead. The site was left tidy at the end of each day and the snagging was very thorough.
Any issues were dealt with in a professional and transparent manner. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Madden Contracts again and would highly recommend them.

Needed a 2 storey double extension build, and choose Madden contracts, and was the best decision I made.
Excellent workmanship and build to perfection. Also was priced exactly to the tender. Was very happy and satisfied.

Madden Contracts came recommended from the architect who drew the renovation plans for our 3 storey house in Ballyhackamore, East Belfast.
From the first call, Niall was an absolute pleasure to work with - patient and very thorough, he walked through our plans in detail, answering all our questions and ensuring we felt comfortable and confident.
