This large period property had been left untouched for a considerable number of years. McGovern re-designed and refurbished it to create a truly magnificent home.
We removed the internal walls to create a kitchen/dining area that was more compatible for modern day living. The kitchen island unit was a mid-century sideboard which was an existing feature of the house. This was brought up to date with a concrete worktop. The rest of the kitchen was constructed to be in-keeping with the design of the island unit.
Two sets of bespoke, bi-fold doors were installed to rear of property to create more light and to allow access to the garden which was extensively landscaped to allow outside/inside living. Bespoke cabinetry, shelving and bedroom furniture completed the remodel in other areas of the house.

This beautiful Georgian townhouse was completely stripped back to its framework and sympathetically put back together.
We then installed a new kitchen extension with specialist concrete flooring, a home cinema and games room and completed extensive structural work to open up the lower ground floor.
The whole house was rewired and re-plumbed, and bedrooms, bathrooms and reception rooms all refurbished with custom built cupboards, wardrobes, beds and cabinets installed.
The garden was fully re-landscaped to ensure the new dining area opened seamlessly on to the outside space.

McGovern refurbished this detached Victorian property, including a loft conversion and rear extension. The remaining house was fully refurbished, including new underfloor heating, bespoke joinery units, shelving and complete decoration.
The lower ground floor of the property was opened up and a bespoke walnut kitchen was supplied and installed along with both concrete and stainless steel worktops.
Both the rear and front gardens were remodelled, with the installation of a sunken trampoline pit, new landscaped beds and newly turfed lawn with slate tiled hard landscaped patio and barbecue area.

This complete home refurbishment project included a new kitchen extension to open up the kitchen/dining area of the house. The kitchen was finished with bespoke walnut doors, a stainless steel worktop and slate floors.
Bespoke floating shelves were installed in the reception room to create a library and the upper floor was remodelled to move the existing bathroom and incorporate a walk in shower unit.
New environmentally friendly insulation and solar panels were installed to ensure more efficient heating.
