A new build, consisting of a garage with ground floor sun room with storage areas above. 

A great designed addition to the main house, this project involved the demolition of the existing garage. With a double height area of the sun room, with vaulted ceilings and skylights making great use of the location and views. The client required as much storage space as possible, so plenty of custom made cupboards and clever storage spaces utilisied in the area above the garage. 

This had a slate roof, with a mixture of timber cladding and render which we think looks great. 

This project was quite special, a very large 480m2 Class Q conversion of an existing steel framed barn, with tin cladding. 

A full build from the ground up, with all areas designed and built to an incredible high specification with bathroom and kitchen fitouts. 

A inhouse designed and fabricated custom staircase, with polished concrete floors to finish.

Exterior finished with black PVC coated box profile tin, with full custom made trims, cills and heads to suit the large window and doors openings. 

This project compromised of a complete new kitchen, with a fresh layout and revamp of the room prior to install. 

With the old kitchen removed, it was time for the plumbing and electrics to be re-configured while fixing a few existing issues. 

The whole room re-plastered and painted, allowing for a crisp new feel deserving of the quality of the new kitchen.

We where asked to complete a full bathroom remodel by a returning customer. With drainage and damp problems, it was time for a full strip out. 

Once demolished, all pipework and electrics where updated before preparing walls with a water proofed tile backer system. 

Tiling of the floor and walls (floor to ceiling) completed, using white marble effect ceramic tiles. 

Sanitary supply and fit out completed, a relatively simple design that seems to be a firm favourite!
