Dan and his team at Metropolitan Building & Refurbishment undertook a complete refurb of our recently purchased flat. We weren't that keen on getting people in as we have just had a baby and didn't want the mess and hassle normally associated with building works. The place needed the work however so we went ahead with Metropolitan after they were recommended to us by a friend. We were delighted with the work that was done and couldn't recommend Dan and his team any higher. Not only was the work completed to a high standard, they were always on time (a bit of a first in our experience!!) and, importantly for us, were extremely tidy. Like I say, we couldn't recommend them any higher.

Great job, we explained what we wanted and Dan explained the best way to carry out the works and why, also providing guidance on materials and slabs. Job was carried out to timeframe agreed and the additional jobs we requested were priced fairly. Would recommend.
