An excellent company who completed a loft conversion. We totally trusted Rory’s team and the work has been completed to a very high standard. All worked extremely hard at a good pace, on budget and it looks fantastic. Rory took total control of the build and was careful checking all work by each trade - we had zero complaints. Communication was excellent and we felt secure in his complete knowledge of the job. We made a few changes as the job progress and Rory took them in his stride, gave us all of the options which was very helpful. Cost of the build was clear from the start and we were kept in the loop with any amends that we made. It’s hard to find a builder who you feel you can have open and honest discussions with about progress but Rory was always happy to talk things through - show us around at the end of the day and manage our expectations. I would 100% recommended Mitre Peak to anyone who asks and couldn’t have asked for a smoother build.
