Craig and his team at New Forest Building Services recently completed a substantial single storey extension and refurbishment project for us including complete remodelling of kitchen, utility room and boot room with new flat roof and lanterns. The standard of workmanship was very high but the thing that really sets Craig apart is his attention to detail and communication skills, working with us at every step (including keeping us going with temporary kitchen over the winter) resulting in really minimal disruption to our busy family. Highly recommend him and his team.

Craig and his team were the ideal builders! We gave them a huge and very challenging project renovating a 250yr old barn, where there’s hardly a straight line or a right angle anywhere!! They were diligent, meticulous, knowledgeable, understanding, and real craftsmen. We lived onsite for a full year and saw every part of their handiwork live! And they kept the site clean throughout. I would strongly recommend them and can’t imagine doing another project without them. Happy to discuss in more detail if required.

We have used new forest building services many times over the last 5 years during refurbishing our house & garden. We have found Craig and his team to be excellent at what they do. Each time we have a plan for what we want done Craig always has suggestions on how best to accomplish this , saving us money along the way. The team are always clean and tidy and are good at communicating during the process. We have recommended them to various family and friends who have been equally pleased with their work. Craig and the team deserve to do well and I have no hesitation in recommending them for all internal and external house/garden works.
