25% of the residents in this one Norwich Street have now either had Neways complete their project, or have booked Neways to complete their project in the coming months.

After completing an internal renovation - including structural changes and kitchen installation, for a neighbour, our client Tracey booked us in to carry out an complete something similar for her. While updating her kitchen, she kept mentioning how the front and rear facades of her property were in dire need of some loving care and attention. 

After lots of deliberation, a design was decided upon, and once the good ol' British wet weather slowed enough to allow us the opportunity, the Neways Team completed the works according to Tracey's brief, building a new front garden wall, with a gate - to deter her dogs from crossing the street - as well as a little nook for her wheelie bins so she never has to struggle with manoeuvring them again!  

This Shropham based client had intended to DIY their own garden path, and after some time decided to get the Neways team in to give them a hand. Initially, the path, down the side of the house was to stop Mr Amazon from dumping deliveries in plain view of the village, creating a 'safe place' for deliveries to be left. After the completion of the path the clients decided they wanted it to join with a newly created brick paved patio in the garden leading to a green house. The client wanted to be actively involved, and we were happy to accommodate. 

Both Mr and Mrs were very happy with the result - as well as the in law(s) who said: "Oh! It's made such a difference. It looks like it's always been there!" Meaning, it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb, it's in keeping with the property, and clearly belongs...! 

The Neways team recently tackled a cramped, poorly laid out bathroom, re-designing the configuration, overcoming significant plumbing challenges resulting from the central position of the bathroom in the property (as opposed to being positioned on an external wall).

From the initial concept planning, (with supplied mood/inspiration board) and interior design, the Neways team worked alongside the client to deliver a space that was both practical, and pretty! The type of bathroom you'd be proud to show guests to. 

The client was thrilled with the stunning transformation, she couldn't wait to have a shower in the new space; even her (4 year old) granddaughter was vocal in proclaiming "Wow! Nanny! It's so beautiful!" which makes our hearts go all fuzzy and warm! 

This East Harling based client approached us to convert their garage into a practical, multi-purpose space they could predominantly use as their home-based office, while maintaining a distinct separation from the home & living space.  

We have used an Eco-friendly black marble stone effect flooring (made from recycled ceramics), that feels and looks like real marble, perfect for creating that luxurious upscale look. Commercial grade, with a residential warranty of 30 years, the flooring system is 100% Waterproof, non-slip, stain resistant, and supports underfloor heating (up to 68degrees celsius, while most other flooring options are capped at a maximum underfloor heat of 27 degrees); essential for the modern-day life and busy households. 

Coming in UNDER BUDGET for this project, which is always an added bonus for our clients, we really enjoyed working with this couple to refurbish their kitchen. The matt black give gives the space an overall look of quality and class; especially against the contrasting tone of the herringbone flooring. 

Created a path to aid one of our dear mobility impaired clients. There was a roar of laughter when she made mention of needing to use the breaks on her mobility scooter from the ease of her new found freedom. "Weeeeeeeee!" 

We have also carried out quite a few internal and external repairs and improvements for this couple over the past few years including redecorating their living room, painting & decorating throughout, laying new flooring, and carrying out roof repairs. 

Seth Andrew Hoskin Barton

While note necessarily a part of his apprenticeship training curriculum, as a member of our team, he is learning how to carry out multiple trades to a high level (including tiling, painting & decorating, Bathroom / Kitchen Fitting etc...)Seth is an active member of his local army cadets, and has achieved rank of Corporal alongside his apprenticeship training; through this he has gained first aid training certificates, among other leadership skills. He was recently selected to perform the duty of Standard Barrier for the Memorial Day Parade where he was congratulated by the British Legion for presenting & performing the role so well.

When the client first mentioned they wanted a " pink" door, we admit there may have been a funny face pulled, visions of 80's inspired hot pinks and fuchsia were enough to get the imagination going places; there was a sigh of pleasant relief upon completion; with the selected hue making for a lovely first impression of this period home. 

It teams perfectly with the stained glass panels. The white (before) looks positively boring in comparison!

Here's another restoration project we completed. Check out the "Before and After" photos of the small original porch floor which we deep cleaned, sealed, and finished with a traffic wax. Parked in the clients garage was an incredible original, never renovated American car that was the perfect distraction to look at while waiting for the sealer to dry! 

When this client couldn't decide if she wanted a patio courtyard or decking at the rear of her property overlooking adjoining fields, we made the suggestion - which she loved - and gave her both! It was lovely to be invited back to enjoy mojitos and see the entertainment area being put to good use!
