We asked several builders for an estimate to design and build a concrete base and erect a summer house in our garden. Neil's estimate was spot on and we engaged him and accepted his contract and were happy with his terms and conditions. The work was carried out and completed to a very high standard. He also contacted our local council, EFDC, environmental agency, on our behalf, for approval. We look forward to contacting Neil and his team again for further work.
