Before listed garden and gated area, need to take the piers down to tarmac level remove fake 1980s replication concrete stone and after rebuild the Stone piers with traditional design Stonemason hand cut blocks dressed and built incorporated with a sandstone wall capping seating area Stone.

New piers to fit the opening of the iron work gates that are original to the mansion House. 1850s recapped the stone balls decorations pointing and dressed the tip wall.

We asked several builders for an estimate to design and build a concrete base and erect a summer house in our garden. Neil's estimate was spot on and we engaged him and accepted his contract and were happy with his terms and conditions. The work was carried out and completed to a very high standard. He also contacted our local council, EFDC, environmental agency, on our behalf, for approval. We look forward to contacting Neil and his team again for further work.
