Dear Euan Following the hand over of the above property on Monday 16th December, I would like to thank you for all the work you and your colleagues have done over the past year whilst the above property was being renovated. The damage to the property due to a gas explosion was so extensive that the initial prospect of demolition seemed inevitable. It's a credit to the skill of the workers involved in the renovation that the house now looks like new. Every aspect of the renovation has been done to produce the highest quality finish, from the internal reconstruction of the walls, the joinery work, plumbing, plastering to the internal and external paintwork. Additionally, at each stage of the work you were always available to communicate and keep me up-to-date with what was going on. Also, you listened to my requests and dealt with these in a very professional manner. The gas explosion was a traumatic, unexpected experience and having to deal with the aftermath of that situation caused me a great deal of anxiety and stress. However, it didn't take me long to realize that the project was in good hands and that I could be relax a bit and be confident of the final finish. I can't emphasize enough how important it was to feel that someone understood what I was going through, and more importantly, how they could sort things out. Additionally, can you please pass on my thanks to Hesham and the other individual workers for their part in the reconstruction. You have all been a wonderful team to deal with and have excelled in the work done. Enjoy a well deserved Christmas and New Year. With thanks

Noble Property Solutions renovated our bathroom to a higher standard than even we were expecting. The quality, professionalism and efficiency of the staff was exceptional. My garage roof required extensive replacement and repairs following storm damage. Noble Property Solutions Ltd carried out the work efficiently and effectively to my complete satisfaction. The team arrived punctually every morning, keeping me informed of the work they planned to carry out each day. All debris was cleared and removed from site every evening and when the works were completed they brushed and hosed down my driveway. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for a professional job and I will certainly be contacting them again should I require any other work to be carried out on my property

Just a note to say how delighted Morag and I are with the work which Noble Property Solutions carried out at “Woodside”. Your workmen were a real credit to the company. Arrived as arranged, completed the work to an excellent standard, and left the house and garden clean and tidy. The doors look amazing. It has really brightened up the hall. The soffits and fascias have made a huge difference to the external appearance of the house and the lighting really shows it off. No more leaks in the velux windows either which is wonderful. Thanks again to you and the boys for doing such a great job. We will certainly recommend you to family and friends and will use you again.

We have a rented property that suffered water damage from the flat above and we needed the repairs to be carried out urgently in conjunction with our insurers so that tenants could move back in. David Wilson was a massive help in getting this sorted quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with the work that was carried out and we got regular updates on progress throughout.
