This project involved an extensive refurbishment of the existing property, alongside the addition of a modern outbuilding and a fully equipped granny annex. The redesign enhances functionality and style, with award-winning Crittall glazing as a standout feature. The sleek steel-framed windows and doors flood the interiors with light, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Rear double storey extension with full refurbishment including an outbuilding to house gym. Property was fully stripped back, with new electrics & plumbing installed throughout. The turret to the front elevation also underwent construction to include 3 new windows with Georgian bars.
