PH Beck completed a full restoration and glazing replacement of this Grade 2 listed building.
St Luke's Swimming Pool is housed in a historical Brighton building, which was heavily damaged by inclement weather in 2014. To restore it, we needed to fully scaffold the building, remove the existing glaze roof and then replace the roof glazing with solar reflective glass. We then replaced all the existing timber windows and completed a full internal redecoration.
The project was finished within the allocated time frame and within the Councils budget.

On behalf of East Sussex County Council, we completed an extension for Parkland School in Eastbourne. We co, the project included internal alterations and improvements to the ground floor, removal of the load bearing walls, re-arrangement of accommodation and alterations to mechanical and electrical services, as well as an extension to existing car parking to front elevation.
The project was completed within budget and timeframe.
