The team added two bedrooms and a bathroom, and made alterations to the existing layout to accommodate a new staircase and additional improvements I requested. Throughout the project, I was consistently kept informed about the progress and upcoming steps. For such a significant undertaking, the disruption to my daily life was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise. The project was completed exactly as quoted and within the agreed timelines. The builders were diligent about tidying up, and by the end of the project, everything was left spotless. The end product exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love the additional space the loft conversion has provided. I have received many compliments on the finished job from friends, family and even passerby's. I would highly recommend PJ Builders. Wayne, Paddy, and the team are a credit to their trade. The quality of their work is fantastic, and my only regret is not calling them sooner.

Honest, reliable, trustworthy and an absolutely fantastic company. We've recently had a Dormer Conversion and cannot recommend PJ Building Services enough. From start to finish, the communication and organisation has been fantastic. The finished Dormer is just as we wanted it to be and completed to a very high standard. They cleaned up daily and ensured we could continue living at home, with minimal disruption. The group of staff working for them are amazing- special thanks to Paul, Wayne, Phil, Drew, Liam, Keith and Jack. We're amazed at how great the whole experience has been and can't thank you enough. We have a very old property our kitchen floor was sagging we had civil engineer report that we had to strengthen beams with PFC and lift the sagging floor.PJ builders did an amazing job I can not recommend Paul and his team enough, very professional. They've placed PFC metal profiles under our sagging kitchen floor. They gave us an expected time scale of when the work would be completed and this was met. very reasonably priced, Would definitely use PJ Building Services again in the future. Absolutely delighted with our new dormers. We got pj builder round to give us a quote for building work and within two days we had the quote and had agreed to go forward with this company. Paddy was prompt reliable and very competitive. From the first day the builders arrived they we polite courteous and very respectful. We were informed on a daily basis of what was going to be done that day and there was always someone to answer any questions. Our house was left clean and tidy every evening and nothing was too much trouble for any of the builders. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these guys and I will be using them again

I would highly recommend PJ Building Services. I found Paul and his team extremely professional, honest and reliable. They were on time every day (and patient when I wasn’t). The work was done in a timely manner with no hidden costs (it would have stuck to the quote had I not added in extras part way through the build). My new extension has been finished to an excellent quality. The cost was good value for the work done and awkward site access. Paul and co took the time to explain things to me (I’m not very DIY/handy). They cleaned up well with all rubbish/rubble removed. I will definitely use them again for any future work and would happily recommend them to others.

Overall very satisfied with the work done by P J Building Services on our kitchen remodel. There were some unforeseen circumstances which delayed work slightly along the way, but the important thing was that they communicated this well and at no point did they rush any of the work at the expense of quality. It's obvious they take pride in their work and this is reflected in the standard of the job. They are pleasant people to have working in your home, I would certainly hire them again and recommend them to others.

I got in touch PJ Builders to do my Kitchen Diner knock through in order to create a larger living space - plus a couple of other bits including replacing a boiler and moving it to a different part of the house, fitting the new kitchen etc I’m really glad I did. We contracted PJ Builders for the remodelling of the downstairs of our property to allow for a kitchen extension. Wayne, Phil and all the contractors were polite, punctual and did not stop to get the job done quickly and to a high standard. Wayne was always available to discuss any option choices and the whole team ensured we were left happy each day. Cannot recommend these guys enough! We used Wayne and his team for a full width dormer loft conversion and couldn’t be happier! The initial visit, quote and pricing was dealt with quickly and professionally. After being let down and messed around by so many other companies, we felt confident when we met these guys. Their team of workers are great, turn up on time, have respect for their customers and take pride in their work, always trying to clean up at the end of the day as best they can. I’ll say again, we couldn’t be happier with the results, the architects plans weren’t correct in various areas and adjustments had to be made, Wayne and Paul stepped in and altered things where they could with different options to choose from and we have now got the space we needed thanks to them! It looks fantastic!
