PAD Architecture

PAD Architecture undertook the conversion of an empty carpet shop into a state-of-the-art dental practice, focusing on creating a welcoming and functional environment for patients and staff.

The project involved comprehensive renovations, including the redesign of interior spaces to accommodate multiple treatment rooms, a modern waiting area, and advanced sterilization facilities. Emphasizing comfort and aesthetics, we incorporated neutral, calming colors and ergonomic furnishings to enhance the patient experience.

State-of-the-art dental equipment was installed, ensuring the practice is equipped for the latest procedures. Additionally, we prioritised accessibility and compliance with health regulations throughout the design.

PAD Architecture undertook a significant renovation project for a medical facility in Harrogate, focusing on enhancing patient care and staff functionality. Key achievements included:

Designed and built a spacious toilet extension for patients and staff, ensuring accessibility and compliance with sanitary standards while using sustainable materials.

Transformed an underutilized basement into a modern staff room, featuring kitchen facilities and relaxation areas. 

Developed a state-of-the-art X-ray room, adhering to health and safety regulations with specialised shielding for radiation safety. 

This project significantly improved the facility’s service offerings and created a welcoming environment for both patients and staff, with positive feedback highlighting the practicality and aesthetics of the new spaces.

PAD Architecture completed a comprehensive residential house extension, enhancing both the front and rear of the property. This project involved the careful removal of load-bearing walls to create an open-concept living space that seamlessly connects the interior with the outdoor environment.

The rear extension features large bi-fold doors, flooding the space with natural light and providing direct access to the garden. The front extension enhances curb appeal while adding valuable living space, creating a welcoming entrance.

To ensure year-round comfort, underfloor heating was installed throughout the new areas, offering an efficient and modern heating solution. The design emphasizes functionality and aesthetics, with high-quality materials and finishes that complement the existing architecture.

This is a 2 storey rear extension. Currently in varying stages of completion.

Outside brickwork & Roof completed.

Now working on the interior.

Once completed this will be a stunning project.

This property was inspected by an independent inspection company and formed part of the joining criteria to become a Master Builder with the Federation of Master Builders.
