These two individual homes were build for two individul clients on a site that used to accomodate a large bungalow. Once fully detailed drawings and design brief had been agreed we were able to provide a fully detailed quote to manage the project from start to finish. There were certain planning conditions that had to be adhered to throuout the duration of the project due to the history, nature and location of the site. But we found that working in conjuction with the arcitect and the planning department we were able to meet all relevant conditions and complete the build on schedule. Both properties hold full NHBC certificates
