Parkhill Building were selected because of their expertise in completing high quality extensions. The work has been done to an extremely high standard and any contractors brought in had a similar level of standards. As with any project like this there were issues along the way between the architect drawings and planning, it was great that the builders were able to offer solutions and be a part of the discussions. Would definitely recommend.

We are delighted with our extension built by Phil and the team at Parkhill. The building process was smooth and well-communicated at each stage. From the start they were considerate and committed to doing things to the right standard. The team were a pleasure to have around, working with courtesy and consideration for our young family at all stages, as well as ensuring we were kept informed. Suggestions and advice were always spot on. Everyone involved in the project was easy to get on with and went out of their way to be helpful and answer questions we had. The highlight of the project is the kitchen area with dark blue Howdens cabinets and granite worktops from a local supplier, plus roof lanterns recommended by Parkhill, which makes the room feel large and bright: the space works extremely well for us. The garden terrace also perfectly complements the extension. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Parkhill to friends and am already planning to use them on our next project.

Phil completed a two storey extension to our 1930s semi detached house. The build was a new bedroom and bathroom over an original extension and a new single storey extension with a utility room and wet room. He was very professional and project managed the whole build, organising the other trades and consulting us and advising us whenever there were decisions to be made. When problems arose due to the age of the property and the previous extensions, he was very able to sort these out and deal with the local authority building inspectors. As he originally promised he came everyday and did not take on more than one job at a time. We felt his price was fair and for this he completed all the work in his quote. Phil’s standard of workmanship was high as were those of the other tradesmen he employed. He was always helpful, positive and pleasant. We are very happy with the completed job and would recommend him.

Phil and his team we’re brilliant, great price, great work quality and excellent links to other trades. They undertook a kitchen extension into our garage, and structural steel work. Parkhill building & joinery ltd built an extension on the side of my house for cloakroom and lobby plus refurbishment of car port and garage floor. Phil’s work was excellent and from day one he and his team worked everyday for 5 weeks to complete work. I cannot praise his work ethic enough.
