We had a rear extension, bathroom, kitchen, and house refurbishment carried out. We were very impressed with Parkview Construction, and very happy wit the finish product. Jack made himself available for questions any time day or night, and gave us a detailed daily update, which we found incredibly useful. His team, are professional, efficient and great at what they do. We would not hesitate in recommending Parkview to anyone undertaking similar works.

We found Jack and his team at Parkview construction to be very professional and dedicated to the job at hand. We had an ground floor kitchen extension and the job was done very professionally. Any queries and changes were talked through and explained properly. We found Gabby and Michael were both hardworking, conscientious and tidy. We decided to deal with building control ourselves and in hindsight would employ a company to deal with the inspectors. Also, as clients it was important to be clear and unambiguous in communications, however any misunderstandings or problems were resolved in a timely manner. One thing to value in a company is trust and honesty, and Jack and his team displayed these qualities in abundance. I would definitely recommend them and would employ them again. December 2016

Jack has recently completed a ground floor extension and refurbishment in my house. The work involved designing a new layout for the ground floor of the house, removal of internal walls to create an open living environment, extension of the kitchen and conservatory area, and design and fitting of a new fully integrated kitchen. Throughout the work Jack and his team provided an excellent service. Security at the property was paramount to me and I could fully trust the team with my home. The team was friendly and kept me fully informed on what was being done. As the work proceeded, I needed some extra work carrying out and Jack was flexible about this, and made every endeavour to accommodate my needs. Overall I'm very pleased with the work and would fully recommend Jack and the team.-

Dear Jack, I just wanted to put on record our sincere thanks for helping us out with the works at our house. When we had a drain collapse, the insurance company needed us, at very short notice, to find someone for so-called “enabling works” which amounted to taking the whole kitchen out and then putting it all back again a few days later. You stepped into the breach, fitted in with the drains company’s schedule and put up with their (repeated) delays in completing the work. Your workmen turned up spot on time and were so helpful. Everything was taken out and put back with no breakages, a triumph in itself as the kitchen cupboards, etc. were pretty old. It was perfectly done – one day the kitchen wasn’t there and a few days later it was back again, with minimal fuss and mess. Thank you so much. We will certainly use you again if (when) we need building works done and will recommend you to our friends. With all best wishes -

o Whom it May Concern, After an unhappy experience with our first builders on a kitchen project, we brought in Jack Koumis and Parkview Construction to remedy the serious problems with which we were left. His excellent team rebuilt and refitted the entire kitchen to a standard far higher than the original would have been. They were conscientious, skilled, fairly priced, and left the property clean and in good order. They offered excellent advice whenever required. We had not expected that the kitchen could be fixed, let alone improved upon, and we are absolutely thrilled with the final result. We would not hesitate to recommend Jack and Parkview Construction, and would certainly use them again.
