My Wife and I are so pleased with the work which Paul Bailey carried out, not just what was done but also the way it was done. All of the team were great - they turned up when they said they would, and simply got on with their work, (including some days where they worked EXTREMELY hard). They were all polite, friendly, helpful, conscientious, and made several suggestions to improve the finished work. They frequently checked on details with us as the work progressed to ensure that it exactly met our requirements. We are very pleased with the end result, and would recommend them to anybody thinking of having work done on their house.

The guys have done a fantastic job. We are really pleased with the way it looks, especially outside. The brickwork is very neat. My wife has been here rather than me, but she has been very impressed with the professionalism of the guys - keeping things tidy and clean, helping her get past their stuff, being pleasant and friendly etc. They might seem like small things but we think they make a difference.
