Our client also wanted to build a garden room to incorporate a bar / office whilst creating a decked out / landscaped back garden.  On the rear of the extension, we wanted to maximise not only the light in the room but also ensure the new beautifully landscaped gardens were on show! To do this, we included bi folds to all sides of the extensions.

The projects was under strict timelines due to the nature of the family moving into the property along with schedule the major landscaping works around the extension, garden room and children’s summer holidays!

The barn conversion was to incorporate a safe space for their teenagers and family friends along side a guest room with ensuite as well as garages to store their classic car collection.
The work involved covered full new brick façade to the front and side , a new structural roof, re roof and internal fit out.
