Peggram Contracts recently fitted a new floor to our Kitchen, WC and porch. We chose Martin and his team as we had used them earlier for a complete new bathroom. The work on both jobs was completed to a very high standard. Martin listens carefully to your requirements then arranges the whole thing. He and his team are hard working, very reliable, courteous and professional and always complete to their high standards. I would highly recommend them for any future work.

We had a great experience working with Mitch and Martin on our house renovation project. They removed two chimney breasts, installed steel beams into the attic, added new door and window openings, and built a new wall. Mitch and Martin made the process very easy for us from start to finish, helping us with everything from finding designers for structural drawings to sorting out council paperwork. The quality of the building work was impeccable, and we felt Martin and Mitch looked after our home as if it was their own, paying close attention to ensure all fittings and fixtures matched the Victorian style of the house. They communicated clearly throughout, and the quote was more than fair and proved to be excellent value. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin and Mitchell to friends and family, and would definitely use again for future projects! Just to add Martin has great taste in music too haha, makes listening to their radio a lot easier :)

I can’t speak highly enough about the service and quality of work provided by Peggram Contracts. Martin and his team built us wonderful front and rear extensions, along with patio, paths and front drive. We had no hesitation in asking them back to fit a new kitchen and convert our garage into a beautiful office/art studio. We have another project in the pipeline. Martin is a pleasure to work with. He listens, gives wise advice and has an eye for detail as well as the practical. Always punctual and considerate, Martin works cleanly and professionally. I dont like tradesmen in my home, had bad experiences in the past. These guys came highly recommended so I gave them a try, they exceeded my expectations, clean, friendly and polite, workmanship is superb…would I use them again for my next project? Of course I would, they are now my go to builder….carry on with the good work guys and thank you for a job well done
