Worked efficiently to get the work done on time and below the initial estimate and kept us informed as work progressed. Throughout the project Phil's ability to adapt to suit our requirements was impressive. He worked effectively with the architect, other trades and us as clients and was adaptable to ideas and suggestions as the project evolved. Phil worked hard to understand our needs to help us maximise the use of space around the garage. His suggestions have provided us with a greater area. Very pleased with his work.

Phil spent a while tracing drains and the soakaways that had failed. He built three new ones preventing damage to the existing lawn. Phil was brilliant and professional in dealing with the issues and finding solutions. Managed time deadlines really well.
