We also carried out the installation of a brand new pitched roof dormer and many other internal upgrades took place throughout the property listed below. Renovations to bathroom suites were also a key feature and we were more than happy with the products our client decided to go with.
This project had many unique features including various bespoke items installed throughout. When we take on a project we like to stand out from the rest, this is why we love installing only the highest quality of modern products available on todays market.
We started by stripping the house back to its original structure. From here, we can determine our best course of action in regards to re structuring of the floor plan and roof systems. Once assessed, we can then begin work on our re-structure process. Working with a manufactured trussed roof made this project very unique and challenging, we overcame this hurdle by cutting out the existing roof trusses to allow for a stunning gallery within the property. There were timber beams and steel beams inserted in order to provide us with the safety and efficiency needed in order to carry our roof load for our open plan living area.
Special shoutout to Neville Johnston as well for his part in the stunning bespoke shelving he designed.
This unique project involved fully renovating a commercial property, previously owned by a tailoring business located here in Edinburgh, to a liveable space, unforeseen in its current condition.
We were tasked with transforming the existing two bedroom layout to the upstairs, alongside the previous commercial property downstairs, into a 4 bedroom townhouse that featured open plan living areas & dining areas.
This project had added complexities due to the original 1880 building being sat within a conservation area. Special attention was drawn to maintain specific original elements of the shopfront, alongside other areas of the building that we incorporated into a modernised space for the future homeowners of the property. This involved a total rebuild and restructure internally to ensure structural integrity and safety throughout.

Our client had given us the opportunity to provide stunning open plan living spaces, beautifully designed bedrooms and stunning modernised bathrooms. We were tasked with providing structurally efficient joinery, whilst also providing masterful finishings from the outset and throughout.

Beautiful project completed here at North Greens, Edinburgh.
Our client had asked us to completely remove the existing extension due to rot issues and deterioration. This gave us a level playing field to design a living space of our clients dreams.
We completely knocked down the wall which linked the rear of the property to the extension.
A temporary wall was installed to secure the house whilst the work was undergoing.
After digging out our foundations, we began work on structural integrity and property wellbeing. We used suitable timbers and steel as the forefront to this projects success. Like jigsaw pieces to a puzzle, the internal work soon began.
