The floor was tiled and the walls partially tiled before a new suite was fitted which consisted of a shower over the bath, basin/WC in vanity cabinets and an LED mirror.

We removed the rear window to the dining area and this became the new back door while the old back door became a full length window. The chimney breast was removed in the old dining area and a new kitchen with island was installed within this space with the old kitchen area becoming a new dining area. The customer manufactured and installed his own back door and windows and is planning on having built in seating to the new dining area.

A small project in Hyde, Cheshire where we removed the treads to the old staircase. We the manufactured and install new treads and risers to the staircase as well as a bespoke spindle system.

We also removed the boiler from the bathroom and re-located it to a new location within the property. A small un-used chimney breast was removed from the corner of the room to square the room off. We re-wired and re-plumbed the bathroom before plaster boarding and skimming it. The new suite was installed to a new layout to accommodate the clients requirements.

The old ladies toilet became the accessible toilet and the old accessible toilet was made larger to house 3 cubicles.
The men's toilets were also reconfigured and modernised as part of the project.

Timber frames were installed to accommodate concealed valves for the basin, bath and shower as well as a concealed cistern for the WC.
The bathroom was reconfigured to meet the clients requirements.

Portland Construction recently completed a damp proof course for us in two rooms. From start to finish they were excellent, highly professional, clear communicators and open and transparent about cost and time involved. We were kept up to date throughout the works, and they were able to complete extra jobs that cropped up during the process which was hugely appreciated. The standard of their work and the finish is very high. We are considering more work later in the year and will be inviting them back. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Antony and Portland Construction to anyone looking for builders. They are a one stop shop that cover everything you could need in your home. We used Portland Construction recently to renovate our bathroom and en-suite. The communication we had with Antony and Tony was fantastic and always super clear. They were very flexible to our requirements and delivered two beautiful bathrooms that we are very happy with. The lads in the team were great - very polite and hard-working. We also really appreciated that they were willing and able to help with extra jobs that came up as the project progressed, saving us a lot of time trying to get these sorted elsewhere! We would certainly recommend Portland to others considering a bathroom remodel.

We used Portland Construction to remodel our Kitchen and Diner. Through out, Portland Construction were brilliant in all aspects of the build and renovation. From demolition to choosing our kitchen to the high stardard of their finishing. Both Anthony and Tony are very professional, always keeping us updated, in the know about progress and how we would achieve the best result for us. We worked with Portland Construction to do a full bathroom upgrade and we couldn't be happier with the end result! The service I got from Tony and Anthony was great, they were both extremely helpful in the lead up to the job, taking the time to talk through all aspects with us, making sure that we were comfortable with the time frames and scope of works.
