The renovation of this traditional cottage involved a careful update to the internal layout, making it more suitable for modern family life while honouring its historic charm. Structurally, we opened up the kitchen and dining area to create a spacious, light-filled heart of the home. The result is a harmonious blend of rustic character and contemporary open-plan living, ensuring the property remains a beloved family home for years to come.

This project represents our creative vision of a versatile family space that accommodates leisure, work, and lifestyle needs. This sophisticated outbuilding features a gym, a practical office space, a bespoke bike workshop, and an immersive underground cinema. Outside, we've proposed an elevated outdoor area hosting an outdoor kitchen, built-in seating, firepit, and a luxurious swimming pool.

‍The design respects the rural charm of this Derbyshire property, visually connecting the new structure with the main house and resembling nearby rural buildings. This project showcases the effectiveness of thoughtful architecture in harmonizing modern family needs with the tranquility of nature.

This project epitomizes a dramatic transformation, where a dated four-bedroom bungalow in Shropshire was re-envisioned into an exquisite modern family home. Embarking on a full external renovation, we'll be converting the property into a modern architectural delight, fused with a kitchen and living extension and renovation.

In August 2021 we completed the full renovation of this four-bedroom detached family home in Cheshire.

This included the re-building of some external walls, a beautiful new kitchen, installation of patio doors, new bathrooms and sanitary-ware, new flooring, replastering, and redecorating and a new interior design scheme throughout - creating a stunning home.

This brief was to renovate a family home to give it the wow factor.  Full refurbishment of this three-bedroom townhouse in Essex included creating a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen diner, creating an ensuite in the attic room, rewiring, replastering and full decoration throughout including interior design.  Externally, the property was landscaped to include a new patio, built-in seating and decorative planters, outside lighting, and a storage shed/workshop.

In need of much TLC, this two-bedroom terraced property in Stoke on Trent was renovated to let.  The walls were stripped back to brick, the roof was replaced, and the property needed full rewiring, damp proofing, plumbing and heating.  Installation of a sleek new kitchen and modern bathroom, full redecoration, new doors and woodwork transformed this into a modern property that has been home to a happy Tenant since its completion in April 2022.
