Refurbishment of a one bedroom flat. We then created a new area for the kitchen by taking down an existing UPVC conservatory and replacing with timber which allowed us to create another bedroom and bathroom making the flat a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat. We also landscaped the back garden creating a raised hardwood deck and raised flower beds.

Here are some photos from a development we carried in 2017. We converted a 2 bedroom flat into two flats, a one bedroom flat and a 2 bedroom flat with a roof terrace. We stripped out the whole flat and the whole roof we then built a loft over the main house and a loft over the rear extension. Apart from the usual structural and building works carried out in this kind of project there was also a lot of sound proofing carried out as we were building two flats, which had to be tested by an independent company.
