Full kitchen extension completed by Premier Brickwork NW Contractors Ltd. On this property we built an extension on to the conservatory that was already there. The kitchen was completely stripped back and a new utility room and bathroom was built. New electrics were added, plastering, painting and a new kitchen was fitted. This space is now much bigger with more space for the family.

A rear garden in Mottram was too sloped to use properly, we removed over 10 tons of soil to establish a flat space for a lovely patio and shed. Indian stone to finish off the look, artificial grass was laid for easy low maintenance for the client. Electric lights to keep the area well lit at night time and help with security issues. The large wooden retaining sleepers complete the look for the raised beds. The client was over the moon with the transformation and the usable space is now ready to enjoy.

This is now a low maintenance space with lots of extra garden letting more light into the property. This project took a couple of weeks to complete and the clients and ourselves are very pleased with the transformation of the front of the property.

The Building has under gone a huge internal conversion and large 2 Storey Extension, to produce top class offices for this fast growing Company. The work has taken 10 months in total and has come in on budget. We worked closely with the Client and their Architect along with our Company Quantity Surveyor to achieve the final product required. We held regular meetings with the client to ensure all aspects of the work was to the clients specification and to ensure we all had the same goal in mind. We handed over the keys to a very happy client in May 2017, and they are now settling into their new Office space. Read less
