Rick and his team were super efficient and their workmanship was of the highest quality. Rick organised the delivery and collection of the skip, took out my old kitchen in no time, liaised with the suppliers of the new one on my behalf and even arranged for an electrician to come round and upgrade the electrical wiring needed for my new pyrolytic oven. Not only this, he even cut out the window sill when I asked him to last minute, after discovering that Algarve Granite wouldn’t do this a couple of days before they came to fit the new quartz worktop and window sill. Would highly recommend!

Rick and his team fully reviewed my plans and said they could help given they have some good experience in this market. They also brought to the table some new ideas previously never considered - exposed brickwork , feature water units and built in appliances as discounted packages all made our project even better than we planned. Thanks to Prime our extension was completed on the time it was predicted and with some nice extras supported and no cost which was kind and helped us out. Rick and the lads never had a moan and seemed upbeat on their work and ethics meaning I could leave them all day at the house without issue. Nice local firm
