Insulating a 1960’s bungalow to help cut energy costs this is an ongoing project for a-client that wishes to save, on the rising energy costs. And maintain a healthy living environment. Removal of Floors and ceiling’s allowing access, to fully insulated with the latest sound and insulation slabs in each room, the external walls will be insulated with British Gypsum’s latest 63mm plasterboard with attached-mm insulation windows will be replaced to include Triple Glazing with Low’E’ Glass. Each room being treated as a separate unit, This will allow the client to maintain single room warmth, without heat escaping to the unused rooms.

Shamik and his team did a brilliant job for me. The first floor of my Georgian house was changes with new partition walls, insulation of external walls, new plasterboards, plastering and paining, one bathroom and one shower room with walk in showers were fitted. They did the tiling and plumbing. All done with great care, keeping dust and damage to the house to a minimum, professional attitude and attention to detail. I never have to switch the radiators on as the insultation is so effective! The paint work is perfect. They have also 'tanked' my basement and repaired the plaster work and painted it for me. I have always been very satisfied.

Shamick and his work mate installed our new kitchen starting March 6th 2023.They were efficient and worked quickly. They ensured that everywhere was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. He kept us informed of any issues and sorted problems out without any fuss. We are delighted with his workmanship and our wonderful new kitchen!
