We removed all the failed mortar pointing on the patio and paths, and repointed with natural coloured resin pointing compound, followed by power washing the whole area and the tarmac driveway.
The other big task was to rotovate, cultivate, level-out and lay a new healthy turf lawn.
We also treated the parking area for weeds and laid four tonnes of decorative gravel whilst on site.

The engineered retaining wall was also part of the overall scheme along with the hard and soft landscaping.
Large universal beams were installed in the existing external wall allowing for a new 5 metre opening to be created through into the new extension, providing a large kitchen & dining room space and a beautiful new kitchen supplied & fitted by our trusted partner. Our Client has since said the space has transformed the way they use their home.

The project involved conversion of the exisiting 1830's building into two commercial units with warehousing on the ground floor and offices above. An additional unit was constructed to the rear of the property where an old shed had stood.Overall around 36 tonnes of waste was ripped out and the building taken back to its shell to be competely renovated to modern standards. Procter Property oversaw the project in it's entirety with the valued services of our sub-contractors.

Sam & Gary completed a renovation of our double garage into a beautiful office room/ guest suite. From the moment of coming up to quote they were uber-professional. They quoted accurately and to a fantastic level of detail and communicated very clearly around the specifics of the job which gave me true piece of mind they were across the details. Once work started they continued to deliver - always turning up when expected, always keeping me abreast of slippages (of which there were few) and the work itself came together without a hitch. The end result is stunning and they continued to work hard on snagging and are still great now when I need to check or correct (small) things. This company has recently carried out repointing work for me. Not the easiest house as it is on three levels. The work was excellent and was carried out ahead of schedule with very little inconvenience caused to me and my wife. The site was left completely tidy following completion of the works. I've been very happy with the work of Procter Property Ltd over the past couple of years. Started with emergency repairs when a bedroom ceiling collapsed, moved on to replacement of about 2/3 of the roof plus internal redecoration, 3 new windows and several other jobs. Quotations were clear, well thought out, and delivered. Good communication and attention to detail. Would definitely use again, and recommended.

We appointed Procter Property Limited following research on local quality builders and following receipt of a very professional and fair quotation. Gary & Sam both commenced and completed works on the agreed pre-determined dates. They and their team were meticulously clean and tidy, always polite, very accommodating for minor specification adjustments/additions and they always attended when they were supposed to. Great Company, great team. Can't recommend them enough.
