Project One Design and Management Limited

The kitchen is custom project one cabinets made from Italian Xylo boards with Blum drawers, runners and closers. The appliances are from our Wales exclusive partner Gaggeneau. The island is coated in Rimex in a brass finish so it doesn't fade over time. The lighting is from Lee Broom and we customied the base in mirror to remove the white fitting from the space. The plaster moulding on the ceiling are custom made and individually fitted. Were have aircon and heat by Mitsubishi. Ceiling speakers connected to Sonos connect amps. The furniture is from our partner Tom Dixon and Bonalso. The flooring was cut to measure and tumbled to quiet the precision of the room. The slatted wall hides the entry to the utility room. This also house etch air con evaporator. The doors are SMARTS heritage. The bar area has fired earth tiles.

This was a complete refurb with expansion and with separate spa and luxury garden/cinema room room. We designed a tech house with a design led theme. The design is Project One. Powered by Control4 with ANPR camera to open the gate to full voice control inside and outside the house, There are 92 speakers and 4 cinema zones. UFH in all zones with aircon for climate control. The joinery in all areas was made from Xylo boards to create custom feel kitchen and bedroom furniture. The bathroom shower is Grohe AquaSymphony for total immersion. The master bed has a sauna above the shower. All doors internal are concealed and hidden in panelling with a shadow gap detail at floor line.
