Flat Renovation The work included installation of RSJ beams to open out the living space, fitting new kitchen and bathroom, new central heating, rewiring, flooring and decorative plasterwork. As well as being highly professional and knowledgable, Adrian and his team were also very pleasant to work with. Brilliant project managing and guidance from start to finish. First floor extension and refurbishment of Victorian house: The standard of work provided by Adrian, Julian and the team was excellent. They always arrived around 8 am every day and worked tirelessly on site. Despite various Covid related supply delays, they worked extremely efficiently and their attention to detail and use of quality products were evident in all of their work. They are excellent communicators and kept us informed with progress every step of the way. Adrian was a great site manager and great at liaising with building controls and structural engineers too.

We are 50% done and the structural work, heating system and wiring are completed, plastering underway. We are replacing all windows, new bathrooms, Adrian manages suppliers directly where needed and makes recommendations. Due to current circumstances work paused for 5 weeks but restarted 3 weeks ago. We are on weekly Video calls with Adrian (owner and project lead) via WhatsApp walking round the site, and emails back and forth on details and confirmation. Attention to detail excellent (Eg floor levels, engineering for kitchen, bath and heating etc) and will ask if instruction is not clear.

This is a Mid-Project Review, we are 4 weeks into a 6 week project and so far we are very happy as everything is on schedule and completed to a very good spec. As can be seen in the pics in just 4 weeks Adrian's team have demolished a brick and tile shed, demolished brick walls and propped up the concrete roof on the old extension, dug trenches and laid foundations, laid concrete floor, built brand new brick walls and roof with modern insulation, run electrics, central heating pipes, plaster-board walls and roof. Lots of guys working at once, punctual and decent hours. Good quality materials.

I cannot thank you enough for the hard work your team has put into building a 120 sqm of offices and waiting room inside our new premisses in NW9. They installed all the industrial electrical system and CCTV for a Workshop with 12 elevators and Mot Bay. They used high quality materials ,they worked nice and clean, with a fantastic finish. We appreciate that in time like this ,with the hassle of moving the premisses we completely had confidence that the final result will exceed our expectations. Forever grateful. We had a 5 bed Victorian house renovation project and no experience. I discovered Property Refurbishment London through Google search. Our project involved extending the kitchen and loft, re-wiring, plumbing, re-decorating installation of kitchen/bathrooms. We wanted to maintain all the original features in the Victorian house. Adrian and his team have just successfully completed the structural work for our basement conversion. We have taken out the dividing wall between the previous kitchen and dining room to create one large kitchen/diner. The work necessitated removal of a supporting wall and so a pre-loaded box frame was put in place. The result is excellent, no movement at all that we can see! All of the team were exemplary, hard working, polite and really good at cleaning up. I have no hesitation in completely recommending them and look forward to working with them again on future projects.
