Richard, Tom, Guy and the team have undertaken three sizeable pieces of work for us - converting the loft to two bedrooms, building a sun room / extension onto the rear of the property and refurbishment of the kitchen. All works have been completed to an extremely high degree of workmanship and in good time. The Vincents are respected local builders and are conscientious, skilled and reliable. We would recommend them to anyone seeking similar building works.

Richard and his boys were professional at all times and did a great job. They kept us updated with any delays and alterations that needed to be made. The brick work blended in wonderfully to make it look like it's always been there. We are really happy with the end result and Richards great carpentry skills really finished off the wooden staircase beautifully. Would highly recommend.

We have no hesitation in recommending Richard Vincent & Sons Ltd. They completed our two storey extension, verandah and fully renovated our home to an extremely high standard in May 2021. We found Richard and his sons Guy and Tom to be extremely helpful, trustworthy and friendly. They are a very competant and highly skilled team, who we trusted to do the work. Their communication with us was excellent and we always knew what was happening and why, we were fully consulted about the work beforehand, during and afterwards. There were no unexpected costs or nasty surprises. We absolutely trust these guys and love what they have done to our home that much, we have asked them back to do raised decking in our garden.

Richard, Tom & Guy, Having built a solid foundation on a difficult slopping site, helped correct a badly erected oak frame by others. Fitted a wonderful roof and readied the build for fit out which will be phase 2 - also carried out by the Vincent’s. Can’t wait.

From the point of survey to the completion of the building work we found that Richard and Sons were excellent in every way.
