Matthew loves to learn and be challenged. He has been learning in both commercial and residential environments.
Most recently Matthew has shown his skills on a refurbishment of a private home. Matthew learned how to put up stud walls, joists, roofing, door frames and what he loved to learn most to do was wall panelling. Once shown by mentor Matthew was able to finish the job. His level of detail and and eye for accuracy is second to none.
Matthew will complete his manual handling and mental health awareness in due course. Just this week Matthew roofed his first house in the Olde Fairways development under the instruction of working site foreman Jody Campbell.
Matthew has a great relationship with his course tutor Alan and this was evident onsite today. We were able to have a chat with Alan and go over target areas.
