We recently completed a 9-month renovation of a 100-year-old semi-detached house in Kentish Town, North London. This comprehensive refurbishment for the young family's first home included full interior renovation, chimney removal, and a single-story rear extension for a new kitchen. We overhauled the heating system with underfloor heating, rewired the property, upgraded the water supply, installed CAT 6 cabling and Wi-Fi, fitted new windows, and built custom cupboards. 

The project involved coordinating with the client's chosen kitchen supplier and supporting two bathrooms and a cloakroom. We balanced modern upgrades with the property's original character, creating a comfortable, contemporary family home while preserving its period charm.

We completed a 13-month renovation of a detached 4-bedroom house in Sheen, Richmond. This project transformed an old property into a modern family home while preserving its traditional charm. 

Key features included a double rear extension, new kitchen, guest bedroom with en-suite, and landscaped garden. We installed underfloor heating, upgraded electrical systems for optimal car charging, and added CCTV and alarm systems. The project involved navigating Tree Preservation Orders, coordinating with various specialists, and creating uniquely themed bathrooms. We implemented CAT 6 cabling, Wi-Fi, and new windows throughout. Working closely with the young family, their architect, and interior designers, we balanced modern amenities with traditional aesthetics. 

Despite challenges, the clients' patience and understanding made this complex renovation a success, resulting in a stunning home that meets their needs and enhances its surroundings.
