We were impressed with Revamp from the outset. Their excellent communication and willingness to work with our plans and ideas. They are just so helpful and accommodating in the way that they work. We had a two storey rear extension to our detached home, taking away the old conservatory and turning the downstairs into an open plan living and kitchen area. Upstairs we extended one of the bedrooms. You’ve never seen tidier builders in action. The exteriors team who did all of the foundations and brickwork would sweep and wash the driveway every day before finishing. The carpenters and fitters would clear away their tools and tidy mess, sawdust and offcuts regularly. The app that Revamp use to track their builds and keep you informed of all the jobs and costs makes a world of difference, so easy to use and it’s really clear having all of the information in one place and a direct line of communication at all times throughout the work. Would recommend very highly.

The professionalism shown by Revamp was outstanding. They were considerate of everything that we needed and managed the entire project with care, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. This was clearly underpinned by an 'old school ethos' but with an innovative approach to design and completion. The RevApp was an excellent way to keep the lines of communication open between ourselves and Steve and it meant that we could all clearly see when the various works were happening and it also meant that there were no 'grey areas' throughout the job. No other builder has this! I would wholeheartedly recommend Revamp and cannot fault the work completed in our house!

After being had by a Cowboy Builder the Revamp team really helped us out. We had a difficult home extension/new kitchen project that had many parts and pieces. Steve came recommended from a friend and he happily came by to look over our plans and determined that he would be able to help us meet our deadline of our baby being born. He provided us with a quote that was very competitive even though we were in desperate need after the first builder messed up our timeline completely. We accepted the quote and the work began the following week. We were surprised by how fast the builders Revamp had hired to build the exterior were able to get started and how quickly they finished. Within the first week we had the new foundations in place and the exterior walls built. Needless to say work progressed quickly at first but we hit a snag that caused work to halt for a time. At no fault of Revamp our structural plans were reviewed and found to not be enough for what our home would need. Revamp kept us informed throughout and made sure to express to the engineers and steel fabricators that we had a deadline. Unfortunately they did not come in by our deadline. However even while we were at the hospital for the birth our baby girl, Steve and his team were putting our steel supports in place. Once that was done the work speed picked up again. They were completing the small jobs with ease. And made sure that the big jobs like plumbing and electrical were being completed right alongside the everyday jobs. The Steve’s got to meet our baby girl and were very supportive and considerate. As we neared the completion of the project Steve and Danielle kept us in the loop and they were able to complete before Christmas. Allowing us to enjoy our new extension for the holidays. We are very pleased with the level of service and the excellent finished product that Revamp provided and would happily hire them for our next project.

Having walked past a project Revamp had worked on a number of times, we decided to contact the team to discuss options available. From the outset, Danielle was extremely helpful and organised for Steve to visit the property to discuss our vision (which I must admit changed a few times). Steve provided us with a number of options and also made an introduction to an architect to help create our vision and overcome issues we had with a mains drain which would be located under the new building. Work commenced within a relatively short period and the Revamp team were always on hand to answer any questions and work with us to ensure all our requirements were met. With any building project, problems can arise and it is how Revamp deal with these issues that puts them far above any other company I’ve worked with before. Having issues with power tripping, Steve came out at 11pm to work out what the issue was and spent hours rectifying the problem so our freezer did not defrost (in fact the issue was the kitchen fitter may have caught a cable with a screw when installing the top units) We would recommend Revamp for any future project you would like the professionalism of a well established and friendly company who treat the project as if it was their own home.

The biggest reason I would recommend Revamp is they really care about doing a great job. We were knocking together and kitchen and dining room and putting in 5m bifold doors, which involved a lot of steel work. Steve listened to all our ideas and helped advise on what would work best. He was always happy to explain in detail what was happening in the build and deal with our extensive questions. The trades he didn't have in-house he brought in good quality people to do. We were very happy with the end product and now have a great updated kitchen/diner.
