"My house was left to me by my late mother. It had had no TLC for a number of years. After obtaining a survey for defects and wanting an extension we contacted builders from trust a trader. Roger came to our house and provided a complete and detailed quote for works required. Roger and his team have totally transformed our house it is now simply stunning after he worked miracles transforming an ugly duckling into a swan. Himself and team worked constantly on the house for 6 weeks. Works included rewire, replastered every room, walls knocked through, extension, kitchen and bathroom. The outside included new fascias and soffits, all external walls rendered, new drive and decking area to rear plus more. R G Building is the only builder that i would trust to work on my house in the future. Roger and his team are punctual, informative, knowledeable, experieced, polite and most importantly reliable we always had a minimum of 4 people on site every day sometimes 10 if needed. "Roger and his workmen Liam and Danny provided a very professional service. The team worked extremely hard in a difficult area due to access restrictions. The quality of the work was of a very high standard and the finished product (new patio areas, border edging and base for summer house) is fabulous. "We started with work in our living room to remove 1970's style ornamental brickwork, plaster work, coving and skirting boards including removal of a gas fire with capping and also some extra electrical points. Everything was done by Roger and his team, co-ordinating with other trades as necessary, to a high standard. We then arranged for them to fit new soffits, fix loose copingstones on the roof, replace the top course of bricks on the chimney stack and capping the flue along with a general cleanup. We were impressed with their professionalism and knowledge and would recommend them to anyone."
