We were extremely happy with the loft conversion that Kurtis and his team did for us, from start to finish the process was as smooth as I could have hoped for. The work was competed ahead of schedule and Kurtis was very clear all the way through about how and when different things would happen, and always available to answer questions or clarify concerns. We were very happy with Kurtis’ team and how he took care of all the different interactions, sequencing and project management and appreciative that we had one single point of contact managing everything. There was a clear phased payment schedule agreed ahead of time and the build was completed in one go. The team always left the place tidy and were very respectful about being in our home. Kurtis very clearly cares about the quality of the work and about the clients being happy with the outcome, everything was finished to a high standard and I cannot recommend him enough.

Kurtis has done a wonderful job on our loft. He and the team are professional and hardworking, right on time every day. Friends laughed when we said he’d promised it would be done in time for Xmas (7 weeks in total) but they were right on schedule. I can honestly say Kurtis and the team at Ridgeline Lofts were by far the most professional, skilled and pleasant tradesman we have ever used. Kurtis is very clear and informative on each step of the process from initial consultation all the way to completion. Any questions we had no matter how far fetched were always answered in a positive, clear and professional manner and always with honest advice whenever we required it. EXCEPTIONAL service from Ridgeline Lofts. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Extremely professional, skilled, courteous, kept exactly to schedule & never compromised on quality. Kurtis was onsite endlessly and helpful at every step; from design and formal applications to helping us with every product that we purchased. He is extremely passionate that your space looks and feels good. As a team they were kind to our children and very respectful of our house and garden, tidying up every evening. All their contractors were also extremely respectful and professional, everyone was prompt and Kurtis ran things seamlessly. The quote was thorough and the payment schedule was simple to understand and any extras we wanted (e.g. larger windows) were clear to me in the quote. There wasn’t a single thing I can fault them on. We had our loft conversion completed by Kurtis and his team in January/February this year. We could not be happier with the end result and with the process. We were given clear time lines for the project at the beginning which helped with our decision making on ordering things such as bathroom items and tiles. Kurtis is not only a master builder but a great project manager, he got every tradesman onsite at exactly the right time and it all happened so smoothly and quickly. We have 3 children under 4 and were worried about disruption but it was so smooth and also everyone was so patient with the kids. Every single tradesman Kurtis organised from Scaffolder, tiler, roofer, plumber, electricians, AC specialists were all amazing and friendly. He also made recommendations for a decorator, tiler and carpet fitter and we could not be happier with their services either! The final result is perfect.

Kurtis and team came highly recommended from a friend who’d had a loft conversion. From the initial quote to the finished loft (within 7 weeks!) Kurtis and Owen demonstrated commitment and professionalism across all aspects of the work. He has curated an excellent team behind him from plumbers to carpet fitters making the whole process of the build as seamless as it could possibly be. I’m trying to convince him to take on a downstairs extension but he’s steadfast that it’s all about lofts and to be fair, he does excel at this. It’s not easy finding recommended builders but Ridgeline Lofts, 100% recommend.

We got in contact with Kurtis after watching them complete a dormer on a neighbouring road then effectively stalking their socials and reviews! 🤣 Kurtis came round and was easy to talk to and spent time going through all our questions. Great & dedicated team and if you can get their slot definitely proceed; you will not regret and you are on safe hands. My selection of Ridgeline as my builder was purely based on google reviews but I have not regretted this decision ever since that time. Start date was agreed for March 20th with an expected completion of 6-8 week (which I was pessimistic) but what happened from the start date was astonishing. The main building work was done by Jack and Team who were truly professional, well respecting the neighbourhood and family and always made sure they left the site tidy, followed by a well assembled teams of plumbing, electrics, roofers, second fixers. Hats Off to Kurtis to assemble such an excellent team behind him who made sure that the work was completed in 2 months with not a single day of weekday work disruption. Kurtis at ridge line lofts did my dormer loft conversion Jan-march 2023 and did a wonderful job. I chose Kurtis because he was so professional and really cared about the details - I have never ever met such an organised builder! Kurtis and his team arrived early every day, kept everything clean and tidy and were true professionals. They carried out the build to a really high standard (pretty much on schedule) and it feels like the rooms have always been a part of the house. Invoicing was as per the schedule and accurate and overall it’s been a really good investment into the house. Any issues Kurtis has been straight on it resolving things - even after the work was finished. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Kurtis highly enough he has done such a fantastic job. If you’re thinking of getting a loft conversion don’t hesitate to give him a call (even if you have a long wait as I did to book him - he’s popular!…defo worth the wait).

Ridgeline lofts, have just completed a dormer loft extension on my property. Kurtis has been amazing to deal with. The standard of work has been excellent and Kurtis has been on site and kept informed all the way through the build. Any small revisions I have made to the build are never a problem and some of his ideas have improved the build. All the trades used have had a wonderful work ethic and have been polite tidy and completed the task to a very high standard. I can’t praise RidgelineLofts highly enough and would recommend them to anyone thinking of undertaking a loft extension. Ridgeline Lofts completed a master bedroom with en-suite loft conversion. The entire project was seamless from the first contact to following up after the work had completed. We selected Kurtis after speaking to several builders, based on his responsive and transparent communication, detailed written estimate and clear project management process. There were no surprises with this build and everything ran smoothly with Kurtis ensuring we were on schedule with making ongoing decisions, ordering of supplies and relevant permits and controls. I used Ridgeline Lofts to complete a Rear Loft Conversion. In terms of quote, I felt RL Lofts were reasonable considering current market conditions for property/building development. The team work extremely hard and do not start other projects till yours is complete and this really was the best thing about RL Lofts, work ethic of turning up at 7.45-8am daily was impressive. The speed of the loft completion was admirable and focus throughout the project was very detailed at each stage aswell communication with myself as per the payment schedule so all parties aware if any delays (which there wasn't, so was an added bonus). I would not hesitate to provide a recommendation to anyone who wishes to have a loft completed to a very high standard! Thanks to Kurtis & team at RL Lofts.

I think its really important to give praise where its due and if you choose Kurtis and his team you will not be disappointed! I entered into the process very anxious having heard all the horror stories where friends had projects which had gone wrong, unresolved, ran over costs etc. Therefore I did lots of research prior to choosing Kurtis. I looked around for who came across the most professional, thorough and comprehensive. Kurtis and his team are very professional. They are kind and thoughtful. Communication is on point and I always knew what was going on from week to week. Kurtis and his team just finished loft conversion and first flor bathroom in ours 1930's terraced house. Kurtis made sure that the loft conversion naturally fits in and feels like its always been there with a lot of light and handy storage in the eaves. I have never met such a professional dedicated builder as Kurtis. From start to finish he has kept me updated on everything. I knew each day what would be happening so was able to prepare my time/work. He takes pride and neatness in everything he does and is absolutely trustworthy. I cannot recommend Kurtis enough when it comes to building a loft conversion. We have had a relatively large conversion along with a 4 piece bathroom and fitted out wardrobe/dressing room. Kurtis had the whole build complete in 7 weeks. The whole thing was smooth and stress-free with no complications. And above all, it is all to an excellent quality. Kurtis was always prompt and worked long hours which saw a rapid transformation. People were regularly amazed at the quick progress. Alongside this, Kurtis was an excellent communicator and very well-organised, so I always knew what was happening and always knew ahead of the situation what I needed to have ordered or ready. Having had different building work before, I was ready for the upheaval, but there really wasn’t any. Instead I had a lovely, polite, highly-skilled and professional workman who went above and beyond with this job. I also have 2 very young little girls, who could have found the constant in and out of different workmen a little daunting, but instead they now want Kurtis (and Harry his labourer) to babysit them for they were both so pleasant and friendly. if you are considering a loft conversion, then simply look no further and book him.

I was very fortunate to have met Kurtis and have him take control of, and build our loft extension, a two double bedroom and En-Suite jack and jill toilet and shower room. In any of these situations where builders or trades people come into your home it is natural to feel nervous or stressed due to the upheaval of normal routine and the works in general but very quickly we were re-assured and knew that the project was in very professional hands. Firstly Kurtis and his team were very punctual and were present everyday until the build was complete (ahead of schedule). Working from 8am and sometimes until 6-7 pm if a certain task had to be finished. Every stage of the job was taken care of by Kurtis and executed expertly with a very good finish and very tidy. From the demolition of walls or chimney stacks to the placing of steel beams to even joinery work on the stairs and fitting taylor made wardrobes, there isn’t anything Kurtis can’t do and done to a very high standard. We are so happy with our new home and where you hear some scary stories about building projects, we couldn’t of been happier with the experience and outcome. He is highly regarded and recommended.
