We provided full architectural drawings (planning and building regulations), project management and build team to create this dream home for our clients.

We constructed a single storey extension and a side double storey extension, new kitchen area, new utility area and new ensuite to the upstairs bedroom.

And being approached by the local building control officer to become one of their registered partners, made this project run even more smoothly!

We provided full architectural planning and building regulation drawings and constructed the two storey extension,.

Included within the scope of works was the removal of internal walls, beam installation, and all internal works to create an open plan kitchen / dining area, with an new ensuite to the existing bedroom.

We completely renovated the existing bungalow and installed a complete new roof to create new bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.

For planning purposes we used the existing roof tiles on the front of the new roof and installed new roof tiles on the back.

We extended the side of the bungalow to create a new garage and workshop area.

We created the building regulation drawings and the structural beam calculations for the removal of three internal walls, and we installed the three structural beams to support the existing first floor joists and bedroom walls above.

We completely renovated and updated the existing kitchen, including the installation of a new bifold door, all floor tiling works, through to the final decorating of the walls.

Initially the client came to us requiring an extension that had a build project value of £70k, which was to remove the existing utility room from their kitchen space and house it in the new extension.

Upon looking at the proposed design that was done by another architectural company, we advised the client that they could achieve what they wanted but it would cost half the money. Actually their build costs came in at £30k in the end.

We removed the existing separating wall between the existing dining room and kitchen, installing new steel beam.

We turned an existing unused room off the kitchen into a new utility area.

We completely renovated the existing kitchen, creating a new kitchen area, installing new bi fold door and underfloor heating. All from the beginning to completion, and saving the client £40k in the process!

The client purchased this property and approached us to completely project manage and build a new house encasing the existing smaller one which had been left derelict for years.

We had a deadline to complete it before Christmas and they were in just before!

The work we undertook there was the following -

Complete groundworks including all foundations, drainage and designing thereof, renovation of existing internal areas, building of all the Extensions (single and double) to all areas, new Bathrooms, new Kitchen, underfloor heating, new windows and doors, new flooring, all the way to the final brush stroke of wall paint!

The client approached us with drawings that had steel post supports in the middle of their kitchen.

We completely redesign it to eliminate these unsightly posts and removed the end of the house wall, installing one large engineered steel beam, to make it completely open plan.

We constructed the single storey extension and renovated their existing kitchen area completely, from start to finish.

We provided full architectural planning and building regulation drawings for a two storey and single storey extension.

We constructed the extensions, from the ground up all the way to completion, which also included new windows and doors, and ensuite.
