Roberts & Co is a high quality and highly skilled team at all levels. They did a fantastic job on both refitting our basement, transformed from a sorry state to a thing of beauty, as well as rescuing our roof from what was a stress in our lives to becoming a great part of our house. The team thinks through all challenges of the project to ensure an optimum and cost effective solution. They do not cut corners. Very good communication throughout. Detailed costing and no surprises on billing. Always professional and pleasant and respectful at all times. Good fun to have around. And they tidy up! I would thoroughly recommend them.

Chose Roberts&Co for a large project on our recently purchased 250 year old cottage. This included a garage conversion to a drum studio, complete kitchen and utility room refurbishment, and the installation of a large split level decking area. From the start Barry, Nick and the boys have been totally professional in outlook, attitude, and skill. Not only has the work they’ve done so far been first class, but they have also adapted to new jobs that have arisen due to the age and nature of the cottage (such as installing wooden floors to all bedrooms, boarding my loft and strengthening the existing beams, re-roofing half the house, re-purposing the entrance porch, creating a water feature in the garden, etc. ). They have been incredibly flexible and accommodating. I think the only thing they don’t actually do is make their own tea and coffee……… It will be weird to see them finally finish everything and leave. Great guys and it’s kind of been like having extended family in the house.

You can’t get better than this team. From beginning to end they were fantastic. Gave great insight in what could be achieved and took all my ideas on board to create my dream kitchen, utility and hallway. Will be asking them back as soon as possible to tackle a loft extension. Highly recommend

I cannot praise Barry and Nick at Roberts&Co highly enough. They are the kind of builders everyone wants to have. Apart from being highly professional and knowledgeable about their work, they were fun to work with and sensitive to the stresses and stains of building work. They were also willing to undertake small extra jobs at no expense to me. Their crew of young guys were polite and considerate. As I write this, I have a couple of small issues have arisen over the 18 months since the build. With no hesitation, Barry is coming to my house to investigate and resolve them. I hope they will be able to maintain their standards as they will inevitably grow and be much in demand. Worth waiting for. I was very lucky.
