It was anticipated that this project would ideally be a demolition and re-build project. The main objective was to provide a forever home for the client with an attached annex to provide a comfortable, safe home for their Autistic son to enable him to develop. The clients and I initially worked together to develop the broad outline plan for the development, however, with the property situated in a prominent position within Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, we knew we would need the skills of a professional to obtain planning consent. Once we had a direction and a proposed layout we brought the Architect, Meirion Williams of Pembroke Design on board to collate the project and liaise with the planners.
