Set in the affluent area of Bridge of Allan this large 150 year old victorian villa was in need of a full roof replacement of the original roof. We had banked on a small amount of sarking repairs however upon stripping the rot was extensive. The sarking to the full roof was stripped and replaced to enable the slates to be fixed securley. A fantastic end result and amazing clients to work with.
