Stuart is both personable and professional. He was recommended to us, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Following his pre-installation visit he (and his team) came when they said they would come, did what they said they would do (to a very high standard) and provided us with a bathroom with which we are truly delighted. There was a really well organised co-ordination between the the joiner, the electrician, the plumber and the tiler. Stuart genuinely wanted us to be happy with the bathroom - he provided several original ideas (such as the extra tiled shelves and the boxed in and tiled waste pipes etc.). He coped well with the unexpected (eg. when a wasp nest fell from the ceiling when they were taking it out!!) and he remains calm at all times. Perhaps the best evidence of our confidence in him and his team is that we are having him back this year to upgrade our downstairs shower room, and we have already had his electrician (Karl) back to do other jobs for us.
