The project was carried out on a grade 2 listed building, a specialty of the team.

We started by taking down the old conservatory, to be rejuvenated.

Then the new room which is timber frame needed to be built in the clients garden due to limited and narrow access routes.

Finally the stud wall was tiled with brick slips and grouted to give the impression of an aged brick wall.

The outside was then finished in zinc sheets and the roof lights were triple glazed with solar reflecting glass.

Finally we fitted the grey aluminium doors.

Finishing off the modern addition to the building.

The reasons why i would have no hesitation in recommending S J Davis and his team to anyone. The quote was very competitive He came highly recommended from previous customers. Steve Davis personally projected and managed the whole project from start to finish and was actually on site doing the work. He was able to foresee any oversight in the plans or problems which may of arise during the build and suggest effective solutions. The site is kept clean and tidy. He co-ordinated the the other trades and delivery's to site without any problems. They completed the works to my satisfaction and with the minimum of disruption to my family and myself. And i found the whole team friendly and considerate. Since we have had the work finished we have received nothing but positive comments about the work 

s J Davis set out as per my wishes to make the extension in keeping with the existing house and i am very happy with the result a very good match.

This property was totally refurbished and redesigned we changed the original 2 bed bungalow into a 3 bed bungalow using its original footprint.

The front door was moved to the centre of the  front of the house and the chimney removed this forming a corridor and 3 bedrooms and one with an on suite and a new bathroom.

the rear of the property was opened up to form a kitchen dinning area.
