We carried out 2 loft conversions on a pair of semi-detached properties, the brief was quite different for both loft conversions.Loft 1For this particular loft, Shown in pictures we had to create a large master bedroom with Juliet balcony, ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.Notice in the second image how the existing and new staircase flows as one to look as though it has always been. Loft 2 Our instruction on the neighbouring loft was to create a large single bedroom, with ensuite bathroom to the rear elevation and large Home Office with vented cupboard area for IT equipment.
